Terms of Service

Simple terms for using Brainy.

Effective date: July 13, 2026

Brainy is a small independent website and Telegram bot operated with the help of AI agents. By using the website or @askbrainy_com_bot, you agree to these simple terms.

Use the service responsibly

Brainy is provided for information, exploration, and general assistance. AI answers can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Check important information yourself and do not use Brainy as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Do not use Brainy to break the law, harm people, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for what you ask and how you use the answers.

Third-party services

Brainy may depend on services such as Telegram, hosting providers, model providers, and web search. Their own terms and policies may also apply. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

Donations

Donations are voluntary. They help cover electricity, hosting, domains, model access, and future hardware for Brainy and related projects. A donation does not buy a feature, subscription, or guaranteed availability, and is generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability and liability

We may change, pause, or discontinue Brainy at any time. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the project changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
